1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: EU customers have 14 days from receipt to return items, in line with EU regulations. Returns are not available outside the EU.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • We collect and use your data solely to process orders and enhance your experience.
